Shipping Policy

  • Security and Punctuality: We are committed to deliver your orders on time and in the best possible condition. We use specially designed packaging to protect the freshness and integrity of the flowers during transport.

  • Transparent Costs: Our shipping costs are clear and competitive. Before finalizing your purchase, you will receive a detailed shipping cost quote. It's important to highlight that customer is responsible for 100% of the shipping costs, which may vary depending on the season. Packaging is covered by the company.

Return policy

Our company guarantees that all flower shipments are packed and delivered in optimal condition to the designated transport company at El Dorado International Airport (BOG), Bogotá, Colombia.

  • Once the shipment is handed over to the authorized transport provider at El Dorado Airport:

  • Our responsibility for the flowers ends at the point of delivery and confirmation of receipt by the transport company.

  • Any risk of loss, damage, delay, or deterioration after this handover becomes the full responsibility of the transport company and/or their appointed agents or subcontractors.

  • Claims for issues arising after the flowers have been delivered at El Dorado International Airport must be directed to the applicable transport provider.

  • Returns or compensations for damages occurring post-delivery at the airport cannot be processed by our company.

We advise customers to verify all transport and insurance arrangements with their chosen logistics partner for coverage beyond the airport handover
